My old '95 SOHC automatic ran 16.2. I had an Iceman, big glasspack under the cabin, MPx udp, and weight reduction.

My "new" '95 SOHC automatic has a Kirk longtube header, Iceman, Catco cat, 2.5" Dynomax piping, Summit Racing cannon muffler, and weight reduction.
SOMEone's being playing too much Need For Speed Underground. What do you mean by weight reduction? Weight reduction can be something as simple as removing the spare tire from your trunk, or removing your back seat. Optionally, you could make your car no longer street legal by removing your rear bumper [8D].

So which is it?

Before you start disrespecting someone maybe you should think about how you don't know them. I don't know about you, but I am not a punk kid in HS racing a car daddy bought for me. I have been racing Neons for five years now.

Those times were with a completely stock transmission as well.

New one with times coming this season. I have a head/cam for this one as well.

I wasn't disrespecting you at all. All I was asking was for some more detail. Slow down there before you jump to conclusions. I really do have a genuine interest in what people are able to contribute, but being vague doesn't count. Great work on the car BTW, I knew I'd seen the site before, I just hadn't remembered where I'd seen it.

Hey Gary, has Howell Automotive got a 2 Gen non-SRT Neon in the works?

I have had two 2gen Non-SRT's I have done.

This is the 2004 SEMA car, DOHC Engine swap.

This was the 2003 Car & Driver entry. It was the first 2gen 2.4 swap (2.7 stroker) made 270 hp all motor. Ran 12.80@104
