Default Bogging issue

Hey guys. So I'm having an issue with my 95 neon. I had pulled the motor to replace the tranny and had some issues once I put it back in which almost all I've worked out except this. So it fires right up idles great, but anything under about %50 throttle it falls flat on its face. However anything above %50 revs right up as it should. I'd figure tps but I just wanted some input on what you guys think. It does have an r/t cam, modern proformance tuned ecu, headers an full 2 1/4 straight pipe. All egr is deleted. Also the coil, crank, an cam sensors have been obd2 jumped.

Thanks in advance!

could be an issue in your throttle body? ive seen some other cars (not neons) have issued idling because of a dirty throttle body but it still works when you give it some gas. might be worth looking into.
