Default Gasket question...system too lean(Bank1)

If i purchase the head gasket seal kit from modern performance, would it be hard to install and also will I need any other seals/ rings or lube? My head gasket isnt blown I just want a new one because I have the factory gasket still. Also my lean bank2 sensor came on(P0171 System too Lean Bank 1) and my car sputters a little on start-up and occasionally acceleration...shop said it wasnt the O2 sensor or vaccum lines, I mixed injector cleaner in the tank, im out of ideas... i'd appreciate others input.
Thanks, Marc

I haven't done a compression test, I didnt think that the compression would be effected from running lean

If you have low compression, you are firing the cylinder lean. You are either losing air/fuel mixture through the valves or rings, which with less fuel and air in the cylinder its gonna run lean.

Thanks, I didnt think of air/ fuel ratio so ill go to get it compression tested, so if my compression is off than I should just basically replace my rings and valves, or diagnose whether its too much air or too little fuel? Also, I'm burning fuel like crazy, I dont know if that has anything to do with it. Thanks alot. Marc

nVm it was a clogged injector i got those accel injectors. works awsome. although i would reccomend using longer bolts and a couple spacers for the fuel rail bc there a little longer but machined very nicely im impressed
