About how many vacumm lines would I be looking to replace if i were to do them all and what might be an approximate cost?

Why are you replacing them? Cost...... Maybe $20 if that.

Dragging brakes constantly, lines seems to be fine, rebuilt master cylinder. Fuel economy isnt that exciting and my idol is rougher sometimes so I think the vacumm lines need to be replaced.

I would go with a tune up for the idle and check the rear slave cylnders on the brakes.
