Default torque converter clutch solenoid ckt

the obd read out this code : torque converter clutch solenoid ckt-an open or shortend condition detected in the torque converter part throttle unlock solenoid control circut. where is this control circut and how do i unlock it, im thinking i need a new clutch because it won't go into any gear.

and this was another obd read out: pcm failure eeprom write denied-unsucessful attempt to write to eeprom location by the pcm[&o]

Do you have an auto or stick? You have either a clutch or a torque converter. But it sounds like your PCM is bad if you are getting those codes. But if its a stick and you can't get it into gear I would go for the clutch. Try disconnecting the negative battery terminal for like 15 minutes, that will clear the PCM and see if that helps any. Drive it for a while, if you can, and then read the codes again.

i have a mtx and im positive now its the clutch because it clash in reverse and it won't engage fully into any other gear

There is no code for a bad clutch. And how you got a torque converter code on a MTX is a mystery to me unless you have an ATX PCM in your car.
