fiberglass hood?
I have been looking for a fiberglass hood and can't seem to find one anywhere. All I can find are stock and carbonfiber. Dose anyone know of a site that caries fiberglass, or is carbonfiber as easy to work with? I have a idea for a costom CAI that i would like to try, and as my hood is all crinkeled( slamed into the windsheild going down the road on the last owner) glass or fiber would make life a whole lot easyer and lighter!
Fiberglass hoods are not a problem http://www.howellautomotive.com/inde...S&Category=226

was kind of looking for something without any scoops in it allready, as i'm thinking of making a shaker work and working with the steel stocker is kind of a pain, how hard is carbon fiber to work with?
CF is not to bad to work with. We make the shaker bubbles for Shakerhoods.com and I can tell you that a factory shaker is way to large to work on the Neon.
This is what it will look like when your done, but that was made by making a much smaller scoop.
