what all is in the way? Where are they mounted? In the stock location under the headlights? Or are they below the front grille? If there's that much crap interfering with the lights, why not just take the bumper skin off? It might save you the trouble. Unless someone knows an easier way...
I got a 97 neon and I had the same problem so I just drilled the screw head off and popped the fog light out and got a pear of vise grips spray oil on the screw and got it out and bought new screws for the fog light covers. hope that helps you
im sorry i should have been more clear i removed the entire housing to put in aftermarket lights if its just the bulbs they twist right out from behind!
I tried taking the bumper off, the bolts are ****in stuck. soked them in wd-40. no dice. There's gotta be a way to replace the bulbs with out reomving the entire friggin bumper. Even if i did take the bumper off, there still isn't enough room to pull the bulb out from behinde.
