Hey its been a while since I have posted seen as the prject neon that me and my buddy were working on decided to destroy itself. To make a long story short after getting the tranny replaced the motor blew into about 1000 pieces... and at that piont we decided it was time to move on so I didn't have much reason to post anymore but now I'm back. My bother inlaw and I are now working on a 97 neon sport DOHC... So on to why I'm posting He recently bought a set of APC (at least thats what I believe they are anyway) and we are having issues with the fact that the low beams are very dim. They are actually dimmer then the stock headlights were.. I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem with these or so we just have sort of electrical glitch that I should start digging for?

 

i have the same problem with mine, i bought a set of the dual projection headlights not the ralli type, not apc, but i cant even see my low beams on the road, but my high beams will blind you, so i just use my high beams all the time and lowered toward the ground so i dont blind people, but i think i have to buy the hid conversion kit, to give the low beams the juice they need.

 

well we just changed the bulbs today to a different brand gonna give that a shot and see what happens...
