Anyone know what this could be?? It's like a loud rumbling, sometimes sounds grinding.

 

Sounds like you need new tires or new brakes.

 

It's not that kind of rumble, or grind. It does it when your sitting idle, I think its my fuel pump going. Not sure, but it doesn't sound healthy.

 

In that case it is a fuel pump.

 

How much time you think I have on it left?

 

You really need to pin point the noise a little better if you want any good advice. Go start the car and look around and get under it and try to see where its comming from.

 

I did, just about everywhere. That seems to be where its coming from, plus it feels like it. So yeah!! How much time you think is left on it? I just took a 300 mile trip tonight and all seems well, car is running great.

 

some might think i'm being silly, but you might want to check your exustpipes all the way back and make sure it's all hanging the way it should, and when your under there look for any heat shealds or anything that might be vibrating to make noise
