Hey so I dont know what could be the problem. yesterday I only had 7 bucks to put in and it got me over a quarter of a tank. i drove around for about 20 minutes and my low fuel light was already blinking... has any one had this problem before??? can you tell me what it could possibly be???

When the fuel light came on was the gauge on E or was it just on with the tank still with a quarter in it.

 

Not to be an ***, but you only put $7 worth of gas in, here thats only about 2 1/2 gallons. How long was the light on before you put the $7 in?
