the left turn signal light both front and rear are not on but i can hear the blinker inside when you turn the lever, and also the radio is out and will not come on...i changed all the fuses and put new bulbs in and to no avail they are not working.. can anyone lend some help on this issue

 

Does the Dash blinker blink
Or is both that and the actual signals dont blink

 

you might have to change the fuse panel itself

 

the dash board left blinker doesn't blink but i can hear it tickin as if it was on when you use the left signal

 

Not blowing fusses? and the blinker soilinoid is working check the wiring might be a short somewere.
