Default Clearance Problem

I have a 97 Neon SOHC and have the K&N CAI installed, also got a INDY intake from Howell Auotmotive installed, does any one know how i can get more cold air to the filter? The indy intake raises the fuel rial and the 24 pound injecters bring it up another .375 inch so the ram air tube won fit under the hood. If i get the hood with the power bulge will it give me the clearance i need to get the ram air tube in? anyone know?

Depends on where you put the ram air. If you place it over towards the direction battery then probably not, because the bulge is on the opposite side. I would put the Ram Intake behind the coil pack and getting a hood with a small scoop or cutting it yourself. That way it will suck in air right in the direction of the intake!
