What turbo are you using that only gonna give you 25HP? Don't quote me, but a chill factory kit without an intercooler is suposed to be around a 60-70 HP gain on a stock motor. If thats all the hp you are looking at the stock injectors are just fine.

The turbo's gonna push you to 250HP? So you got a kit to give you 100HP? About the injectors, remember that bumping up the injectors also yields the possibility of needing a better fuel pump too! If I were you, since I can't find the lbs/hr anywhere. Try running down to a dealership or calling their parts department...

I will do that...yes i am putting together a custom kit. Srt turbo custom piping 3 inch exhaust 60mm throttle body mega squirt fuel control and greddy boost control. Shooting for 250. we shall see how long before I blow the engine. In the mean time im building a 2.2 stroker that will handle 350hp

Stock ones are 19 lb, and the ones on a Dodge 2.4L (or Mustangs) are 24 lb. With Megasquirt running the show (I'm assuming fuel and spark control?), you should have no problems going to the larger injectors where most of the rrfpr-on-stock-pcm guys have trouble at idle. 250 HP on the stock internals isn't out of the question, but you might consider doubling up on the head gasket for a little lower compression. With forged internals, 350 HP isn't going to be a problem for anything on the engine, just the clutch, axles...

Best of luck!
