You can pick up Mopar springs (1.5" lowering or so) for $105 a pair or so new. Google the part numbers, and do a catalog/part # search at www.fsautomall.com and www.dodgeparts.com (both are discount Dodge parts dealerships and have good reputations with Neon owners).
