well ok, so I need an engine. first of all, how do i di it, and I am goingto get a junk engine for now, from a junk yard, what should i get, I am thinkking sticking to stock w/the 95 highline do i have to use the same engine year

on 1995 neons you have to use the same year unless you wanna switch all the wire connectors. unless you can also find a motor from an early 1996. they will both work. but stuff was changed after mid 1996. its not that hard to do ive taken my motor out 6 or 7 different time. a swap can be done in a day if you know what you are doin.
