Just noise? No Check Engine Light?

There's lots of moving parts that can rattle in there...

I'm guessing it's the power steering pulley. I don't remember any way to tighten it off hand, but I got rid of mine a long time ago, never played with it much. I'm sure there's a way to get it on and off, I just don't recall anyone doing it... You can hunt around salvage yards for a decent used pump, shouldn't run more than $40 or so. You can also try www.car-parts.com to search salvage yards nationwide. New ones are easily double that. Changing out the pump is easy enough, just 3 bolts hoding it on, and the electrical and hose connections.

Best of luck!
