cam timing gear question
Hey everyone quick question
I have DOHC motor and have 2 timing gears. They both say 2.4L An arrow pointing up, and say front. I was wanting to make sure that they are for one the right size because they say 2.4L, So i was assuming that was the 2.4 engine. Hope they are the same size. Basically i wanted to make sure one gear wasnt suppose to say down and rear or something. Cause if so that could possibly throw my timing off. So any help would be appreciated!

Spudsterier figured out the problem. 2.4L and 2.0L have the same gears. You just flip the gear over for the 2.0 and it has only 1 notch on each gear instead of 2. And one of the gears will line up 180 degrees different. Thank god for spudsterier!
