a pulley would give you some good low end, mabye a bigger throttle body to go with that CAI, A autobody valve could do it to, it changes how the transmission changes so you could get some good line launching from that, hope some of that was helpful

Our cars do have a bad low end. A cam, UDP, PCM will all help your low end. Your powerband should be around 3000 - 5500 or so.

ok thanks for the help people, i now know to buy an UDP. But i have also heard that putting adjustable cam gears on helps the low end if you time them right. I have been looking around and i have found some pretty cheap but i don't want to get them since i don't have a dyno i can use and i don't know what timing to put them at. If i matters, and probably does, i have a DOHC engine. I guess what i am asking is what should i adjust the cam gears to for more low end power?

Your gonna need more than a timing gear for low end. It will help to adjust the timing, but not a whole hell of a lot and for the money your gonna spend to get it timed right to get the littlest HP out its gona cost you about $100 a HP for the 5 your gonna get. You want more power? Get a cam or a PCM. Either will cost you about $300 and you can do it yourself and probally gain 15 HP or more.
