Default momo Steering wheel

Hey guys I just got a momo style steering wheel and a momo hub adapter for my 98 neon r/t. I bought the set in hopes that my buddy who turns wrenches for a living was going to give me a hand, but he is really unreliable. I kow I can install it myself but there are some parts in the kit that have me scratching my head. Has anyone installed one of these or can anyone point me in the right direction?

No there were no instructions, but install went down with no hitch. Yes you definantly need a puller and make sure you have the right wires for the horn. The size difference is wierd but overall the wheel looks hot and makes the car pop.
