i need new struts, all around, and im looking at these

any one think its a good deal, bad deal?
im also looking at some skunk 2 lowering springs there 150 + shipping so like 175 for 'em
any sugestions?

Those are the equivalent of the base model and R/T struts. Good for the price, if you want stock replacments. They also have a lifetime warranty, just keep you invoice and hope the vendor never goes out of business.
Skunk2 makes coilover sleeves, not lowering springs, for the Neon. They will not fit properly on the stock struts for starters. They are also way high of a spring rate and will blow the struts pretty quickly. The only springs you should be putting on KYB's are stock springs, because the KYB's are essentially stock struts.
The Neon is pretty cheap to maintain and improve, for the most part. The suspension is a noteable exception. If you want to perform and last, it's going to cost...
