Torque converter clutch solenoid CKT or park/neutral switch failure

wat do i do about this and can anyone please tell me wat the hell it means please
would really appreciate it

my car just turns off on me while driving just turns dont kno why pulled sum codes and i got code 37 which is that up there.....so any suggestions?

 

oh yea where would this Torque converter clutch solenoid be? i herd if i unplug it ill be straight.....for a while....just dont kno where it is
