would you get cam gears on a neon with 150xxx miles?

No point to really ....unless you do a mild-wild rebuild on the motor ....true time cam gears wont yield any real horsepower gains w/ out tuning.

Only if you plan on getting new cams to go with them. And if you have a SOHC, you only need one... and you'll need valve springs unless you get the ZEX/Comp Cams 200...
