I was just wondering if anyone knew if the front suspensions in these two cars where alike.
I was wanting to know if they used the same style struts and springs,
So if a set of coilovers would be interchangable
I friend of mine bought coil overs for his 97 Talon and then sold it, so he was Coilover sitting around for a Talon,
Just thought i'd see if i could fit them on my 97 DOHC Neon
thanks for any help

Its coil over strut complete, and yes i know it would ride like crap, alot stiffer than springs, but would handle better
i just wondered if they might be the same suspension set up being so close, 97 Dodge and a 97 Eagle, All almost Chrysler parts, and same platforms, and i can pick up a set of coil overs from a Talon cheap

Not close at all. They are not the same chassis/platform. The non-turbo Talon/Eclipse and the Neon just happen to share the same Dodge short block. The Talon was a DSM venture, like the Eclipse, Galant, Laser, etc. The Neon is strictly Chrysler, and the only car to roll out of the Belvidere/Toluca plants from 1994 until its demise this year.
Best of luck!
