Trying to figure out which PCM this part number is - P04874164??

Can anyone tell me the specifics about this PCM? is it for a MTX or ATX? Anything?

I can not find it referenced on Google, Ebay, Or DF.

I am guessing it must be a stock/standard PCM for the Neon.

I am debating on a Mopar Performance PCM for my little Neon.
