hi, quick question... i got new seat belts for my back seat because the ones that were there were a bit rusted...friggin water!.... anyway, i havent put them in yet but they seem to be locked like as if you were wearing it and you tugged on it. anyone know how i can get it to let me pull it down. i'm gonna need to stretch it out to bolt them.

 

so the belts didnt have straps????

try spraying some WD-40 in there and then pry with a thin screwdriver...since they are no good, it wont matter if you break them

im talking about the new ones i havent put in yet. they seem to be locked
