could this be why my car was chugging? because the exhuast wasn't getting all the way out as fast and it was pumping which would cause it to exhaust break (so to speak). also could i just take out the cat. and just put a straight pipe or is there a o2 sensor after the cat.? i haven't looked at my exhaust in a while and i dont remember if there was or not.

could be, yes you can just take out the cat and run a straight pipe, and yes there is an O2 sensor right after the cat, with this you have options. if you choose to go with the straight pipe, you can get ones that have a O2 sensor bung, or you can get a straight pipe with no O2 sensor bung and get a O2 sensor eliminator hope some of that was helpull and good luck !!
