is there a chip that acutly give you more hp and torque because i found one on ebay called optima r preformance module do they work

I've never heard of that one, but there are ones out there. The Mopar Performance and the AF/X are the well known ones. The AF/X has the best gains and a race only version.

^ is talkin about the performance pcm's....
dont waste the money on those chip things...just spend more and get a pcm

I can't reiterate enough what spud said. There are no performance chips WHATSOEVER for the neon. A PCM is the only way to go. The intake "sensor trick" is a waste along with the modules.
