dude it a bid just cuz it says a dollar doesnt mean you will get it for a dollar if you lucky that no one bid on it you can go for it

 

Those covers also scratch up your paint if you dont consistently clean under them. Dirt gets trapped and ruins the paint.

 

the rubbing of the cover starts to remove the clear coat and gives the paint a kinda white milky look to it......
and yeah if you dont clean under it then the dirt will sit in there and slowly rub at the paint like sand paper....alot of the will also trap water under them and will slowly start to rust too
