the 2.4L same HP rating, just at 1500 rpm lower, but alot more torque, wonder how it would run with the 2.0 cams in it....
i need the lower RPM torque but i also need it to make power to 6800 or better, not crap out above 5500
i have so many 2.0 parts i probly wont bother with a 2.4, plus its considered cheating & i dont race that way, might try it for a "anything goes" race in another car

 

They have the same HP rating, but I think the 2.4 is closer to the 150 than the 2.0. The neon DOHC was overrated from the factory.
