alright!
from what i remember you can either replace your e-brake with the 2nd gen e-brake assembly
OR
unbolt your stock ebrake
put 3 (i dont remember how big) spacers on the bolt closest to the front passenger side
put the stock e-brake on the bolts on the passenger side
the how-to showed the e-brake cable rubbing against one of hte bolts so when you see which one it is, cover it with tape or something so it wont cut the cable
