Well thank god im allright and was driving alone,just got some stitches and blue spots.. Ill survive :P
In fact the seatbelt saved my life, my cap that i was wearing was on the outside of my car @ the passager side.
I just filled her up with gasoline and I had to take a turn left. Looked well over the crossing and I went.
I didnt even see that toyota scarlet (1983) comming, but when i realised that i aint was going to make it, he crashed even without using 1 of his breaks. (there where no tire marks. at all)
Result is that the insurance told me that it is legally seen, its my fault.
Even the other guy driving had no licence, no insurance, no id.....ahe guy was driving about 50 to 60 miles an hour.. in a 30 mile zone..
About the car, I guess i bring the car to the junk jard, so they can sell the parts .. (so my girl can help some other dodge's
)
and start saving for a new one, but as it looks now, its going to take a while for me to get a new one.
Yeah it really sucks, had everything fixed, was planning to take her out for a spin around the island, going to a beach or so...
I was so proud of the car...
But ill still be visiting this forum, and I shall rise up again, with a new dodge neon.
I would like to thank everybody who helped me with the information i needed to fix my car, at least I succeded with that.

Wow, that's terrible. I don't know what I'd do if my Neon was wrecked, she's my pride and joy. If your anywhere in the New England area I'll take it as a parts car for my 1995 Dodge Neon 4dr ATX.

Personally, the laws regarding people who drive illegally needs to change. Not only should they be automatically ruled at fault, it should be made a criminal matter.

That alone right there.....is the problem with the USA.....fact of the matter is this.....that person should never have been on the road. Had this person not been driving, they would not have hit your car.
