Default What's causing this loose shifter, loose front to back

Hi,

Can someone tell me what's wrong. The shift stick is slack front to back, in nuatral and in all gears.. it does shift into gears, at the very end of the throw. I drove it home fine fom work, but it hasn't been driven since. the cable seems fine at this end, i mean the cable just moves in/out of the sleeve as much as the shifter moves. Is it adjustable?

here's what it loks like, vid

More specifically, its the bushings where the cables meet the transmission.
