are there performance parts that give the sohc more power than the dohc?

i know the sohc were built stronger or something

and what are the advantages?

SOHC's respond to mods better in general and are cheaper to mod. You only need one cam and one cam gear instead of two and so on.

hahahaha

like are there parts for a sohc that arent for a dohc
or certain parts that give the sohc that much of an advantage
other than that pacesetter exhaust manifold
(i'm gonna ask for it for my birthday or christmas or something hahahah)

Still not real clear on what you are asking, but I'm gonna give it a shot.

The only part that was stock on a SOHC that would have an advantage over the DOHC would be the 95 stock cam, which is a more agressive cam.

The pacesetter is a header, not an exhaust manifold. That's what you have stock
