Default header question

i was talkin to my buddy this weekend with the DOHC

he was telling me that the exhaust header will kill power if not enough things are done to the car...
but he said since i have the performance cam it might work

i was just wondering since i have the 52mm TB and the performance cam
and if i get the header i'm going to put it on the same time i put hte CAI on
will it kill the power?
or will i get the 5-10hp boost?

the header wont kill power, it will remove the low end torque.......i dont know how much more it will give you, but it shouldnt hurt your top end at all

depends on what kind you get.....i like the loudness you get outta them....i had a pacesetter on my old r/t and loved it....now it hangs on the wall in the garage......

your best idea would be to get a long tube....unless you have inspections where you live
