The shops around here will do it, But they will deny Ever touching your car (if you snitch)because they can get fined. Thats why all stuff like that doesnt get a reciept! They are out to make money. Thats why they would do it =P

yeah if your town/county/state has emissions testing to register your car then it is illegal to remove the cat (it is illegal elsewhere too but they dont have emissions so they never know unless the cop is a dueche and checks for it) and if you have emissions and there is a shop that will str8 pipe your car, they are breakin the law (not only federal but local) best bet is do it yourself, you registered the car so you know if you went thru emissions and how often you will have to renew your emissions, which if you removed your cat, you will fail.

 

i have red lights in my marker lights. ive been pulled over and the cops tell me there illegal and i have to change them and take a picture within ten dyas and send it too them. but pepboys and autozone sell the red bulbs.....
so its not illegal to have, just to use

 

something like the light bulbs would defined has "off road use only" type if thing like neon lights
