yeah but its on the car now....and atleast i will have it for down the road

that forum is hwere i got the srt intercooler, srt boost gauge, hot/cold side intercooler pipes, srt downpipe, and the agp wastegate actuator.....some for a small fraction of the ebay price.....i cant believe how much stuff is forsale on that forum

which forum? and couldnt i leave the stock internals on the sohc switching it to a dohc head?

stock internals can take 5-7 right? and with keeping the stock internals what all would i need other than another cam and the cylinder head


edit and im not seeing the for sale forum on there

click on forums.....scroll down about half page....for sale sections

you cant just add another cam.....you need to just get dohc cams....or the whole head assembly....intake manifold....thermostat housing....passenger side motor mount plate....timing belt....timing belt covers....valve cover.....and if you go turbo, then most of what i listed...if no turbo, then exhaust manifold

yeah im prolly just gonna look for a dohc engine rebuild it and swap it in that seems a whole lot simpler. which brings up another question yet agian do all dohc engines for the neon have to run on 92 or higher octane cuz i think the highest we have here in wyoming is 90 or less lmao


edit : ok heard that 2.4l dohcs are easier to find any specific make model year i need to find to bolt in??
