is it better to get hte Mopar suspension or the Eibach?
The Mopar springs have been discontinued, so you may be stuck with Eibach.

Some dealers may still have them in stock. The Eibachs are about $200.

RE: ride height??
you can even go to the dealership and ask them if there are any dealers that still have any in stock and they can check for you
