Default idle problems

hey everyone this is my first post on the site here, so far i have managed to fix all my previous issues by lurking about the forum. anyways my problem started yesterday afternoon. i have had to give my car a little bit of gas to actually get it to start up, and when it is started the idle is a little rough. over the last 24 hours the problem seems to come and go though. this morning it started up just fine (completely cold) but then once again the idle was a little rough. then when i was dropping my gf off at school my CEL came on and i pulled codes 12 and 43. i had a pretty good look at everything under the hood last night and everything seemed to check out alright so i am stumped. plugs were replaced about 3 months ago now and i checked them a couple weeks ago when i replaced my plug wires. so it seems like it is harder to start on warm starts then cold. also in the past few days the temperature has dropped below freezing and stayed that way all day. if you got any ideas let me know what you think. thanks a lot!

i did a visual check for vacuum leaks and all the hoses are in really good shape. i also fiddled around with every electrical connection i could find. i forgot to mention that my drive belt just started slipping yesterday too, could this somehow be related? also i don't know how and what i need to check my fuel pressure.

Check the coil pack and the wires for any cracks. How many miles did you put on the plugs you put on 3 months ago and what type of plugs did you put in there?

well problem solved! i tightened up my alternator belt and replaced my power steering belt and i started it up when i was all done and she ran like a champ again. i can't believe a little belt slippage would have done that. thanks for all your input guys!
