I just replaced my starter and battery, and my car wont start. I bought a junkyard engine, changed alot of stuff, now it doesnt start. All sensors were checked again, the car sounds like it wants to start, but it wont kick over. Any help will be great, thanks.
Check your grounds.. Check the firing order.. if one of the things that was changed was the timing belt and water pump, better check the timing too.. Coil pack OK? I would get a Haynes manual too and look in there! Hrm.. How about your cam position sensor and crank sensor? Are you getting fuel? Just because you changed the engine doesnt mean your fuel pump isnt bad! And are you getting any codes??
no codes, i have the haynes manuel, ill check the crank sensor tommorow. All grounds are good, its getting fuel, but im not sure what the problem is. I have check the sensors, firing order, coil pack, and pretty much everything else. Thanks for reasponding NEONRT98
