Whats involved in removing the front bumper bar so i can work out how big a intercooler i can go cheers

 

the metal bumer, or plastic bumper cover????

 

FRONT BUMPER FASCIA REMOVAL
(1) Remove nuts holding front bumper fascia bracket to bottom of fender forward of front wheels.
(2) Remove screws holding front fascia to inner wheelhouse.
(3) Remove bolts holding fascia to bumper rein-forcement forward of radiator
(4) Remove bolts holding fascia to bottom of bumper reinforcement.
(5) Separate fascia from vehicle.

After that, if you want to take off the bumper reinforcement or metal bumper, then take out the 4 bolts that hold it on and pull it off.

 

Cheers i found this cooler now to see if it will fit.

looks like a hahnracecraft intercooler...you dont need to trim alot to get it to fit....it isnt a very tall intercooler(compared to some)
