Not all neons came with dual fans. Usually a neon w/o A/C has the one fan, although it would run fine with the single fan.

It's a half rad anyways, they only have 1 fan. I agree with getting rid of the wing for looks, and because it will drop your MPG. What you can do though is check some junkyards for Neon's with no spoiler, and buy the trunklid if it's in good shape. It should be about $30-40 at most places.

i wish i could find a neon the same color red as mine without a spoiler....then i can get the trunk lid and move mine back on this car without having to fill the bolt holes....i like how the spoler looks when it sits back about 4 more inches and overhangs the back
