Default 1st Gen. DOHC to the Calibers DOHC

are these the same basic engine? the 2.0L one in the Caliber that is... or are they 2 completey different engines...i know the HP and torque specs are different but just thinking cause we might be getting a Caliber with the 2.0 in it... and just wondering

IN seriousness though, really nice vehicle and has some neat features such as the cooler glovebox and electro-lumiencent cup holders

might be closer to the late 2nd gens engine then the first gens.....

different motor. I was told it is a brand new block and all with variable valve timing on the intake and exhaust sides. But who eally knows if the salesman has a clue with what hes talking about!
