Bellhousing bolt up 2.0 SOHC

My engine 2.0 sohc automatic in now 97 which im sticking with other engine has a manual gearbox 98 will this engine bolt straight up? this 1 has a aluminum oil pan? mine a pressed steel oil pan what gives?cheers

any motor 95-99 and any trans 95-99 will interchange.....actually i think it goes 95-2000

98-99 changed the oil pan to the aluminum style
