^^^It's the PT clutch from the dealer and has about 20,000 miles on it. There are no signs of slippage and it is great. It can come with whatever you need.

do you have to weld the muffler on?

or can you bolt it on and off?

You would have to cut your stock piping before the 90° bend and bolt the muffler onto that. You can see the clamp in the pic below.

Yes it will, but you will have to swap out the pin for the fans in order for the PCM to control your fans. The 96 has the pin receptacle for the fan in location #55, and the 97-99 is in #18.

ok right now car is an auto but am planning to do an mtx swap is this a prob?

If you are asking if it will work on an auto, then the answer is yes, BUT you would either have to install a transmission cooler or wire up a switch to your lockup converter on the auto tranny. The MTX PCM's won't engage the lockup converter on the auto tranny which would then create alot of heat and burn up your tranny.
