so it gos back where the muffler is but no muffler? whatrs the power gain liek from it?

It hangs where the muffler would. Don't know, never used it. Came with the car when I bought it.

it looks like all the guy did was rip off another neon's exhaust pipe where it bends and connects to the muffler and used it as a straight pipe...hahaha
