sounds like it could be a head gasket.

when u check your oil if u see what seems to be chocolete milk in it or if u check the coolant level from the cap and u see like a oily substance or chocolet milk then it is... head gasket...depends on how many miles you have on it or how long u plain on having the car. you might want to check first though to see if it has the MLS gasket... i cant remember where the flange is from i think its between the intake tubes 1 and 2 there should be like a flange type thing and if u have that then the gasket has been replaced before and it shouldn't of broken but then again its a mechanical machine.

never drive on a bad Head gasket, even if it is the MLS gasket, and it doesn't matter the how long you drive on it, letting the head get hot is to much, because then after you stop driving it, the head cools and with all the heating and cooling down your definatley going to crack the head which will cost you more in the end, some other signs are: your anti-freeze resevouir bubbles, your heat may turn luke warm to cold to luke warm again untill finally it's just cold air. and as far as fixing it, you could do it if your inclined, just make sure you grab the MLS kit, but if you take it somewhere else, shop around for prices and remember if you have the DOHC it's gona cost you more to fix Good Luck !!
