Is this an E Z fix?

Is this an E Z fix?
I actually have two codes, they are: 21, 51.
21= I must replace the two oxygen sensors
51= Im going to replace the fuel filter for now then maybe the pump when the funds come around.
My questions are how hard/easy is it to replace these items. Is the fuel filter inside the fuel tank? Can the average Joe do this kind of maintenance? Thanks guys.

RE: Is this an E Z fix?
I do beleive the fuel filter is on the outside of the tank... so that wont be entirely too hard to do.. just dont do it with a full tank ;-) and depressurize the lines before you do it!
The pump is inside the tank and would require a bit more to replace.. yo uhave to actually drop the tank to get to it...
The O2 sensors are easy. I would suggest checking all your connections, checking for frayed wires at the connectors also... If you get the special socket to get the sensors out, its not taht hard...
Hope this helps!

2 more question for ya das2123, can I get that special socket at my nearest autoparts store? As far as the Walbro pump, where can I get one of those? Thanks.

Though I dont understand why its neccesary to get a special tool. You could just use a wrench, assuming your have the space back there (removed air box?) Im doing my upstream one this weekend I think. Im not getting any codes, but its in hope to fix the high idle (which seems to be going away slowly, but its still there time to time without any codes). I'll see how it looks, ill be replacing it anyways but if its real bad maybe ill change the other one too. Or atleast put the wire brush to it to clean it off. The downstream one I believe you need to lift the car up to get access to it, it is after the cat though
