Glacier Grip II, studed or not these tires have gotten me from college to home in many a winter storm.

Last year i ran un-studded this year i have studs, 87 miles home and there are usually a few ice spots

Im going to college in Williamsport PA and i have to drive to Lawton PA (just below Binghamton NY) so i see enough snow

there all i know good luck on your selection

Default RE: tires

i had sum defender hrx+4's that were real good in the snow....though i think they were considered performance tires.....

but honestly, the best tires i have ever had in the snow were a set of bald *** 215/40 17 yokohama paradas...sum how they got me through more snow drifts and deep patches then the 31inch mud kings i had on my bronco
