i have a 95 sohc and my motor just went out would it be ok if i put a 2000 model motor in and would it be hard to swap them

You may run into some sensor compatibilty issues, but it will swap in and fit just fine. If you run into sensor plugs issues, just cut the wires, solder and wrap them up.

He's probably asking because the TB is mounted differently on the 2nd gens.
You won't be able to use the 1st gen intake, but you should be able to use a 2nd gen.
