Yeah with my neon im on the lookout for an engine, Im just gonna keep adding oil to this one as it leaks it everywhere, and hope that when it does blow up im not too far away from my place. It needs water pump timing belt and head gasket, which is like 1400 if I pay someone to do the work

 

It's only about $200 if you do the work yourself.

 

i got a brand new water pump, timing belt, and idler pulleys in a kit off of ebay for about 120.00 shipped.....forgot what kind it all was but it was a good price....especially since the pump was brand new

took me about half an hour to replace it all, but i am also highly mechanically capable when it comes to these cars

 

Wow, half an hour...not enough time for a beer break.

i prefer diet pepsi or the bacardi drinks

i can usually do things pretty quick if there is no one there to talk to me......i had the tranny and clutch out and new ones in within less then an hour
